Role: Branch Operations Manager

Grade M3

Job Role:

1. Lead the Service Team.
2. Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
3. To co-ordinate the audit of the branch
4. Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell
5. Authorize and check RO / SO entries, Check end product, Check vouchers to clear transactions of Rs. 10 lakhs & above
6. Vault / Key custodian

Job Requirement:

1. Customer service oriented, Meticulous, Eye for details
2. Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
3. Thorough overall understanding of banking
4. Graduates with 6-8 years experience
5. MBA with 4-6 years experience
6. Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
