Responsibilities Ability to drive quality across business channels. Need to know about CSAT analysis, how to enhance the Net promoter score within the company policy framework. Coaching the Video Bankers on delivering the right flow in calls and enhance the customer experience. Training of new hires on calling etiquettes and ensure the same is being followed diligently. Regular trainings to be conducted on quality parameters & help teams achieve the minimum threshold. Give relevant feedbacks to the Video Bankers on the performance and inform on the areas of improvement. Ability to create, communicate and manage to internal goals and metrics that support operational targets. Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate 5 to 7 year's of relevant experience in driving quality in Banking
