Executives for Finance & Banking Services Job description: SME Credit Check Private Limited is looking for experienced and energetic executives having experience in financial segments, MBA Finance, Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants on a full time basis for Finance and Banking Services to prepare financial forecast, projects, financial documents, review of the financial documents, preparation and documentation for banking financial credit, review of background of the enterprise, research and analysis posts to carry out research on the various aspects related to business, finance, banking, credit, performance, Government schemes, market research, economic, equity, international trade, corporates, SMEs, manufacturing industries and other sectors, verifying and investigating the background of the enterprises and their credibility and credit worthiness as well as examining their growth, expansion and struggle. Preparation of financial documents, project reports & CMA Data . Analyzing financial and credit data, creating financial models, conducting investment research and managing assets. Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients. Managing client portfolios and providing recommendations on credit and investment decisions. Examine financial (applications, statements, balance sheets & legal documents). Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analyses and create projections. Deliver a multidimensional perspective on the investment outlook in an accessible and informative manner. Preparation of financial documents for IPOs & Equity funding. Commercial documents, agreements & business performance reports. Monitor enterprise portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis. Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns.
