Canibuild, dramatically improves how the residential construction industry designs, approves, and sells what they are building, by automating and significantly enhancing their design, approval, and sales process. We are an ultra-fast growing SaaS start-up, backed by the largest hedge fund in Australia, with a rapidly growing subscriber user base from around the world including Australia, NZ, Canada, and the United States. Handle reports, council documents, consultant, and client feedback to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Navigate and comply with construction regulations in both the US and Australia Be the main contact for councils, certifiers, consultants, and architects, ensuring smooth project coordination Keep track of the company's projects, providing. updates to both teams and clients Watch project deadlines closely and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Offer clear updates on project progress to the Customer Success team Follow up on orders and keep customers informed, boosting satisfaction Ensure everyone involved understands project details and requirements Work with consultants for timely order fulfillment and manage their performance by SLAs Handle information requests from certifiers and councils effectively Oversee building approvals to ensure no delays Identify and implement ways to make workflows more efficient Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or related field (preferred) Proven background in managing construction projects, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once Excellent at talking to different stakeholders Strong ability to organize documents and manage timelines Good at solving issues during construction Can work well under pressure and prioritize tasks Knows how to use project management software and understands SLAs and performance metrics Experienced in making processes more efficient Benefits Salary best as per industry standard Employee centric organization Work remotely full-time Flexible work environment Opportunities for career advancement Work life balance
