The Highway Road Construction professional will be responsible for daily management of the construction site, including supervising and coordinating construction workers, subcontractors, and materials suppliers. They will also be responsible for monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, completing project tasks within budget and according to schedule, and communicating with clients to provide regular updates on project progress. Qualifications Degree in 10+2 and Fitter Trade iti presently working .site Surveyor Minimum of 5.10 years of experience in Highway Road Construction and management Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials, including asphalt and concrete paving, earthworks, and drainage systems Understanding of state and. federal safety regulations and construction industry standards Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent knowledge of construction work in Earthwork, GSB, and GEOGRID LAYING, wmm ,kerb laying,dbm, bc
