Job Description: The incumbent must have have very strong understanding of how offline retail (Both Modern Retail and General Trade) and distribution works; since we are the core manufacturers with strong R&D and the brand currently has a strong presence in Online and planning to enter offline space, hence the incumbent should be open to build the entire offline division from scratch. The candidate will be directly working with the founders and you will have full support in execution. Roles & Responsibilities : Monitor and review the development of Underated Retail strategy in alignment with the business vision Develop standards for customer service excellence Ensure/Define standards and guidelines issued by the marketing team on all aspects of Merchandising is adhered Oversee the analysis of customer feedback and ensure implementation of corrective measures for all customer pain points Prepare SOPs, procedures & and guidelines for conducting audits and ensure their. effective implementation Assist in setting standards for different types of audits with an aim to enhance the experience being offered to the customer Manage displays and ensure stock inventory levels are managed effectively to maximize sales and are in line with our retail and sales strategy Generate reports on sales figures, according to the requirements of the management Responsible for regular review of stock deposits and report credit limits. Plan staff budgeting and manpower management Ensure seamless timely staff hiring, onboarding, and training. Qualifications Should have minimum experience of 5 Years Having experience in dealing with FMCG Products in beauty category is an added advantage Having Strong People Network connections in retail space is prefered
