Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and share proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
- Account Management:
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions based on client requirements.
- Track delivery progress, feedback, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Maintain and update client account information and activity logs.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Support strategic planning with insights and data.
