Job Description Analyze and extract insights from multiple and complex datasets through regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and other machine learning techniques. Analyze raw data : assessing quality, cleansing, preprocessing, structuring for downstream processing. Build predictive models and combine models through ensemble modeling Develop Regression and Classification models Accountable for all aspects of work, from data analysis and research, to KPI definition, testing and deployment. Strong theoretical and hands-on experience with statistics and machine learning related techniques, tools, and methods Experience productionizing and maintaining ML-based automated solutions. Demonstrate commitment to strong engineering by writing high-quality code and participating in the peer review process. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and problems and suggest potential AI solutions. Identifying relevant data sources in respect to business. problems to collect structured and unstructured data. Sourcing missing data and organising data in reusable format. EDA, Data cleaning and verification. Developing supervised, semi-supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement models. Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. Comprehensive understanding of evaluating NLP models using a range of benchmarking metrics. Addressing technical challenges using AI Platforms and technologies. Carrying strong business acumen and ability to draw correct inferences from data mining. Use predictive modelling and mathematical techniques to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes. Individual contributor and can work with minimal supervision. Write well designed, testable code for credit underwriting and business analysis. Tracking of Business Metrics to provide historical, current and predictive views of business operations. Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback. Comply with project plans and industry standards.
