Job Description

1) Conduct employee onboarding and exit formalities

2) Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.

3) Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

4) Ensure compliance with labor regulations

5) Assisting managers in the third-party payroll process and employee documentation

6) Ensuring utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.

7) Ensure all employee information in the HRMS software is up to date

8) Process monthly payroll, calculation of overtime, etc

9) Processing in Spine Software

 

Skill Sets required

1) Proficiency with MS Office applications

2) Excellent communication and people skills

3) Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

4) Any HR experience will be an added advantage

5) Ability to work independently

6) Should possess good analytical skills
