Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish / English front reception doctor office personnel. The daily tasks will include greeting patients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Clerical Skills and Communication Customer Service Bilingual in Spanish and English Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work. collaboratively with a team. They should have excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations is an added advantage
