Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical aspects of Dept. Of Microbiology.
• Microscopy work in Microbiology and Molecular Biology
• Implementation of Quality control procedures and setting up of monitoring processes of QC for accuracy of reports of samples tested and validation of technical report.
• Maintaining and improving TAT of reports. 
• Validation of Molecular Biology, Bacteriology, Mycology & Mycobacteriology reports, Infectious Serology, monitor TAT and handle patient queries.
• Resolution of complaints.
• Guidance to the lab staff on technical issues in case of any query. 
• Provide its guidance and professional expertise to the Lab
