Roles and Responsibilities-
-Should be able to explain the loan product and Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
-Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction
-Record customer details in the CRM
-Schedule appointments for Sales team to meet prospective customers

Desired Candidate Profile :-

-The candidate should be from a Finance background and has very good verbal communication skills
-Candidate must be a graduate from any stream & Should have good convincing and selling skills
Relevant work experience in loan sales
-Candidates from banking and insurance background are preferable
