Making a large volume of calls/emails to explain the companys product range. The person should beable to generate new leads, coordinate order details between the customer & factory, showing customer around ourexperience center and fill relevant sales reports. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-salessupport when requested is also a must.
Responsibilities:Making a high number of calls and sending high volumes of emailsConverting calls into order conformation and follow up with the factory fordispatch and installation.Monitor and maintain the customer data in the required formats.Responding to customer complaints and ensuring they are rectified at theearliest within 24 hours.Follow up for payment from customers on time to ensure efficient functioningInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsMonitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.Maintaining customer satisfaction and feedback formsAny other responsibility as assigned by the management.
