Job Description

The job responsibilities of a Project Manager will include the following: Project Execution Planning and Tracking. Manage a team of technicians to conduct project site surveys to obtain the required site data prior to commencement of engineering of the rooftop solar power plant. Design and plan the structure for mounting solar power panels based on the roof plan. Prepare engineering drawings, MMS and general structure design in STAAD and fabrication drawings for the Installation team Co-ordinate with the installation team for a smooth installation process and resolving any site query pertaining to the plant design. Visit project site for final commissioning of the plant. Coordinate with site engineers / technician for troubleshooting in case of operational fault in any of the running plants. Develop vendors for execution & support for installing systems and negotiate prices. Team Support for Troubleshooting at Site Support in Site Survey Preparing DPR . Designing module mounting structure and site layouts (mounting, wiring, civil, stringing etc.) Assessment of technical specifications during designing phase Preparation of BOM Project Costing Vendor Dealing Preparing Project Completion Report and case-studies Customer Coordination Qualification B.E / B.Tech Electrical Engineering Key Skills: Knowledge of computer - Mircrosoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint) Good Knowledge in AutoCad & PVSyst along Designing of Solar Power System (On Grid & Off-Grid) upto 1 MW Knowledge of Net Metering Policy Knowledge of electrical layout and how to handle site constraints in system design Good knowledge of power cables/electrification for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors Hands on experience on Sketch up
