The HR Specialist will be responsible for addressing and resolving disputes related to salary and attendance during a specific campaign. You will work closely with employees, managers, and other HR professionals to ensure that disputes are handled fairly and in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispute Resolution:

Investigate and resolve salary and attendance disputes raised by employees during the campaign.

Ensure that disputes are handled promptly and in a confidential manner.

Policy Adherence:

Ensure that all dispute resolutions comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all dispute cases, investigations, and resolutions.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to disputes for future reference.

Mediation and Communication:

Facilitate conversations between employees and their managers to reach fair and amicable resolutions.

Serve as a point of contact for all parties involved in the disputes, offering support and guidance.

Data Analysis:

Analyze data related to attendance and salary discrepancies to identify trends and patterns.

Use data insights to recommend improvements in attendance and salary processes.
