Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Muse Wearables in Bangalore Urban. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by troubleshooting problems, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat. Qualifications Customer Support, Troubleshooting, and Customer Service skills . Excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Relevant qualifications for this role include experience in technology customer support, a strong sense of empathy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must-have
