Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Noida for one of our leading client in US collections. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, providing outstanding customer service, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, email, and chat. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Ability to. multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Experience in customer support or related field Familiarity with CRM and customer support software Knowledge of customer service techniques and principles Under Graduate or Graduate in any stream with minimum 6 months experience from customer service voice domain is mandatory
