Candidate sourcing: Utilize various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking sites, to source potential candidates efficiently. Resume screening and selection: Review incoming resumes, applications, and cover letters to shortlist qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidate fit. Interview coordination and management: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interview panel members. Assist in the development of interview guides and assessment tools. Employer branding: Develop and maintain Selec Controls" employer brand image through effective online and offline platforms, fostering a positive reputation to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles that reflect the desired skillset and. qualifications. Recruitment metrics and reporting: Track recruitment-related data and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate conversion rates. Generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process. Compliance and documentation: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain complete and accurate records of recruitment activities in compliance with data privacy regulations. Induction & Joining formalities for all new joinees Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proven expertise in employing various sourcing techniques, including social media, applicant tracking systems, and job boards. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and selection. Proficiency in utilizing HR software and applicant tracking systems. High level of organization, self-motivation, and strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and data management skills, with the ability to leverage data to improve recruitment processes
