Job Description

Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles and client cultures
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions and recommendations to clients
Manage candidate pipelines and keep stakeholders informed of recruitment progress
Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent
