Job Description

Lead IT support activities and manage team of IT professionals. Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals. Provide. guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee the resolution of IT-related issues and incidents. Work with the IT support team to ensure timely and effective problem resolution. Implement preventive measures to minimize future issues. Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices. Provide technical expertise and support to the IT team. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and IT infrastructure. Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Assist in the development of the IT budget. Monitor and control IT expenditures to ensure they align with the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT spending. Identify the training needs of the IT team. Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IT staff. Encourage professional development and certifications for team members. Communicate IT strategies, policies, and updates to relevant stakeholders. Report to upper management on the performance and status of IT initiatives. Contribute to the development of the organization's overall IT strategy. Align IT goals with the broader business objectives. Identify opportunities for IT innovation and improvement
