Job Description

Overview The Deputy Manager/Manager (OMS) plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the operations management system within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring efficient operation processes and contributing to the overall success of the company. Operation and maintenance of 50 MW solar power plant along with 33/220 KV PSS and 220KV transmission line Job location MOL, Satara, MH Designation Deputy manager / Manager Years Of Experience 8 To 10 Years Roles and Responsibility Good knowledge of operation and maintenance of solar power plant, substations and transmission lines. Good knowledge of SCADA system, PPC, IT and telecommunications as deployed across solar plants/PSS. Planning and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Spare parts management. Experience to handle team of 20 to 25 members. Experience adhering to EHS standards. Should be able to coordinate with client/vendors/3rd party agencies/Govt agencies/Local. authorities. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Having testing and commissioning background is additional advantage. Having supervisory license issued by Maharashtra state govt. is additional advantage. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech (Electrical) Proven experience in operations management Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Proficiency in utilizing operational software and tools Strategic planning and project management expertise Ability to adapt to changing operational environments Attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of financial and budgeting principles Certification in operations management is a plus Proven track record of improving operational efficiency Commitment to continuous improvement and learning Skills: leadership,operations management,communication,team management,decision-making,maintenance,operations,solar power,solar,transmission,management
