Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Development (OD):
- Design and implement OD strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead organizational assessments and support action planning (e.g., employee engagement surveys, culture audits).
- Facilitate leadership and team development programs.
- Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote continuous improvement in organizational structures, capabilities, and processes.
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
HR Generalist:
- Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR policy interpretation.
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and employee development strategies.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide HR metrics and reporting.
- Assist in recruiting and talent acquisition processes where necessary.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
