Job Description

As a Part-time Management Colleague, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management and operations of the company. You will get a hand-on experience of using Tally ERP, as well other service and sales softwares. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in daily operations and management tasks. 2. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. 3. Assist in managing communication channels and correspondence. 4. Handle administrative tasks and maintain organized records. Qualifications: A Female candidate(for an all-female team) enrolled in or completed a relevant degree program in management, business administration, or a related field. No Experience is Required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passionate about continuous learning and excited to embrace new challenges. Schedule: . The timings will be flexible as per candidates availability (But should match office hours). The time period will be 5 hours a day and 6 days a week.
