Job Description

Exp: 3-5 years Location: Pune Responsibility: Analyze defects in field electronics and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions (Electronics Root Cause Analysis) Conduct field visits to understand issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Debug and code Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Provide support for new product development activities Identify new field issues and initiate Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for improvement Execute RCA actions during new product launches and upgrades Prioritize RCA activities based on reverse engineering requirements Verify calls with service engineers and customers to identify field issues and root causes as needed Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Research & Development Experience in consumer durable or automobile industries is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Willingness to travel as required. (approximately 20% travel involved)
