Role Description We are seeking a Leadership Airline Training consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis based in Greater Delhi Area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering. world-class training and development programs to airline leaders and front-line staff. You will also be facilitating customized airline leadership workshops and helping to create content that drives innovation and enhances the overall quality of training programs across the airline industry. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in airline training, specifically in leadership training for airlines, with a deep understanding of airline industry operations Proven experience delivering leadership and training programs to airline staff across all levels and departments. Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities; expert in training and development methods and techniques Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams and achieve organizational objectives Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative and customized solutions to the unique demands of the airline industry Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Education, or a related field. Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Certifications in airline training, instructional design, and leadership development are preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required
