The sterilisation process is one, by which all micro-organisms are inactivated (e.g. disposable medical devices, pharma formulations etc.) rendering the product sterile. In the case of bio-burden reduction, total bacterial load in the products(agro-produce like herbs, spices, pharma & cosmetic raw material) is substantially lowered and pathogens destroyed rendering respective products usable.

 

OUR CLIENThas revolutionised the concept of Quality enhancement by creating domestic awareness to match international standards resulting in ready-to-use-products, since 1983; over the years,OUR CLIENTestablished facilities at Baddi, Gurgaon, Manesar, Bawal, Unjha, Vasai, Mahape, Bengaluru, Edayar, Kolenchery, Rajapalayam, Tuticorin and Guntur. In 2006,OUR CLIENTs first overseas EtO facility became operational on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We have state-of-the-art Gamma Radiation Sterilisation (GRS) facilities at Bengaluru and Bawal, Haryana.

We offer Natural Pasteurisation / Steam Sterilisation services from 3 facilities in Bengaluru, Edayar (Kochi) and Unjha (North Gujarat) to treat Herbs, Spices and dehydrated vegetables (in whole, ground and granule forms).

We have teamed up with leading medical device manufacturers, food and pharma ingredient companies, exporters of agro produce etc. and have been accorded status of approved service provider by several, including MNCs.

Ethylene oxide (EtO) gas being an important resource and a key limiting factor in terms of quality and on-time supplies for EtO operations,OUR CLIENTestablished an in-house gas bottling facility at Alonde, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra.

EtO sterilisation can efficiently penetrate surfaces of most medical devices and its lower temperature makes it an ideal process for a wide variety of materials like disposable medical devices, custom procedure packs, equipment with integrated electronics, etc.

GRS is the only process of choice for products such as ophthalmic, pharma preparations, meat, marine products and products packed in barrier films.

NPS is the accepted method for organic produce and the preferred process for food ingredients & agro produce. It is also popular with customers who do not wish to patronise products treated with Chemicals and Radiation.

 

Job Profile

a. Liaise with the in Process and QC Personnel for product / process conformity and documentation / reports

b. Release the treated product while ensuring compliance with the respective protocol/technicalagreement; observe and record deviation, if any.

c. Ensure the awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organisation through training / meetings / notices /personal briefings etc.

d. Analyse all quality performance of Company by reviewing Quality records, Internal Quality Reports etc.

e. Be responsible, as applicable,for the GMP and Pharmaceutical Quality Systems requirements with respect to processing.

f. Be attending / facing Quality Audits and prepare related documentation

g. Co-ordinate all Corrective and Preventive Actions.

h. Irrespective of his/her responsibilities, when appointed as Management Representative (MR), will be responsible for ensuring that process of Quality Management Systems are established and maintained at the plant. He / She shall be responsible for preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Management Review Meetings.

i. MR will report to the Top Management on the performance of QMS, including need for improvement in management review meeting or/any other meeting. He/She shall also liaise with the Corporate QA / MR on all issues related to quality systems.
