Job SummaryWe are seeking a Lead Consultant Core Modules with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Core Modules
The ideal candidate will possess extensive exposure to Middle East payroll, proficiency in Fast Formulas, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and support projects, Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and Middle East Payroll, Design and configure HCM solutions for multi-country organizations, ensuring compliance with local regulations (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc), Develop, test, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (Absence, Payroll, OTL), Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Technical teams, to manage integrations, validations, and reporting, Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, facilitate CRP sessions, and lead UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support activities, Act as a strategic advisor and mentor to junior consultants, supporting their professional development, Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in at least 34 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, In-depth expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Middle East Payroll, and Fast Formulas, Strong understanding of region-specific payroll and benefits regulations (e-g
