Job Description

Desired Candidate profile

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
Mandatory:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Physician billing and AR
- Must have 5 years experience in Managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing, payer guidelines, denial management and revenue cycle KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong data analysis, project management and presentation skills
- Proficiency with revenue cycle systems and AR analytics tools. Preferred experience in Trizetto, Waystar, Jopari NextGen.
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Flexible with shift timings
