Job Description

Head of the Warehouse taking complete care of Inventory, In / Out of the Material, Overlook all work progress and dispatches of the Material. Stock Checking. Operational Efficiency: Manage warehouse operations, optimizing layout, workflows, and processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Team Supervision and Training: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a competent and motivated workforce. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and security measures, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards. Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to facilitate timely shipments, receiving, and distribution, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Preparation of GRN as per documents & Physical material received. Issuance of material as per material request from departments. Sending the. monthly MIS stock statement to Mgmt/HO including all the transactions, showing all the goods movements. Receiving seconds shipments goods in the warehouse from factories on instructions from HO, counting the goods physically and reporting on any discrepancies found.
