Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Production Operator to join our team. - positions 5 Open
Machine operations: Power Press, Multislide machines, Tool Room Machines, Wirecut machine
Qualifications:
- 10th/12th pass with good maths and basic english OR ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up High-speed power press machines and Multi-slide forming machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine production requirements.
- Fit and secure dies into machines for the production of specific parts.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and making necessary adjustments when needed.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished and in-process products using measuring instruments and machines such as Profile Projector, UTM.
- Perform maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
