Location- Bangalore Job Summary: The Assistant Manager for eLearning, Content Development, and Multimedia Projects plays a crucial role in the planning, coordination, development, and execution of eLearning initiatives and multimedia projects. This position involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging and production of eLearning & multimedia materials. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for eLearning and multimedia projects. Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers. Track project budgets and expenditures. Multimedia Development: Supervise the creation of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and graphics. Ensure that multimedia content aligns with the learning objectives and enhances the educational experience. Manage the selection of tools and software for multimedia production. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality reviews and usability testing of eLearning content and multimedia materials. Implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results. Maintain content standards and update materials as needed. Technology Integration: Stay updated on eLearning technologies, trends, and best practices. Integrate learning management systems (LMS) and other eLearning tools into the development process. Troubleshoot technical issues related to eLearning platforms and multimedia content. Evaluation and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of eLearning materials. Generate reports on learner performance and engagement. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure that eLearning content and multimedia materials comply with relevant regulations, including accessibility standards (e.g., ADA compliance). Address any legal or compliance issues related to content development. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the eLearning team, instructional designers, multimedia developers, sound engineers, multimedia engineers and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Foster a collaborative and creative working environment. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, multimedia, or a related field. Experience in eLearning content development and multimedia production. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and multimedia software. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
