This position involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging and production of eLearning & multimedia materials. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for eLearning and multimedia projects. Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers. Track project budgets and expenditures. Multimedia Development: Supervise the creation of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and graphics. Ensure that multimedia content aligns with the learning objectives and enhances the educational experience. Manage the selection of tools and software for multimedia production. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality reviews and usability testing of eLearning content and multimedia materials. Implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results. Maintain content standards and update materials as needed. Technology Integration: Stay updated on eLearning technologies, trends, and best practices. Integrate learning management systems (LMS) and other eLearning tools into the development process. Troubleshoot technical issues related to eLearning platforms and multimedia content. Evaluation and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of eLearning materials. Generate reports on learner performance and engagement. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
