Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Manager located in Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing the company's client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and growing the client portfolio. This role will require working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure the best customer experience. Qualifications Revenue generation for the company through Multimedia solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in advertising or marketing Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple. clients and projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think creatively to deliver innovative solutions Understand in detail about client spends at a brand level and then develop Go to Market approach To look at broader perspective, think through ideas and create solutions for clients Collaborate with the creative and production team for the seamless functioning of the event BTL Activities Events, Rural & Urban Activation, Exhibitions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive relationships with clients Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising platforms is a plus Understanding of traditional media advertising is a plus Important - Only Mumbai based Candidates can apply
