The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. Additionally, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up with customers as necessary. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer service or a related field preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
