day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening candidates for various IT and non-IT profiles (as per the requirement)
2. Sharing job description and rating the candidate based on various parameters as per the job description
3. Conducting telephonic rounds
4. Following up with the candidates for interviews and sharing the interview schedules with them
5. Taking regular feedbacks, once the candidate has joined the respective company
6. Following up with the candidates for joining formalities
7. Following up with the candidates for offer letter
Fixed Salary + Good Incentives also
No outstation Candidates.
