With 25 consultants with niche and specialized skills operating from different parts of India and a team size of 30 working on VMware NSX Load Balancers configuration issues along with Apache Tomcat server configuration setup for microfinance, MOONLIT SOFTECH SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. is a global information technology and consulting company with a strong foothold in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mainframe Sales Manager located in Ranchi with some flexibility for remote work. As a Mainframe Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales strategies for the company's mainframe solutions and services through effective management of the sales team. You will also be responsible for building. relationships with key customers and creating new opportunities for the business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales with a focus on mainframe solutions and services. Prior experience in managing sales teams and driving sales performance. Experience in building and expanding customer relationships with demonstrated success in growing accounts and winning new business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and build strong partnerships with customers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
