Job Description

12+ years of overall industry experience as software architect or a senior technical role or Pre-sales Technical Manager Extensive experience in writing proposals and responding to RFPs for Managed Services Application Development and Maintenance (ADM both in an Offshore/Onshore model with proven success. Proven record of successful, large-scale technical or operational project design/implementation Architectures wise he / she should be strong in terms of server-side architecture, multi-tier web architectures, SOA, Microservices, Enterprise Service bus, Message Oriented Middleware paradigms, etc. Should have experience in Cloud Infrastructure Provider such as AWS or Azure or GCP. Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, C#, .NET etc.). Must have Strong Object-Oriented Programming knowledge along with Algorithms, Data Structures, Design Patterns and Performance Optimization techniques. Frameworks: Strong familiarity with Spring Framework. Spring Cloud, Log4J. JBoss/Tomcat, Web service integration (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML and AJAX), HTML5, CSS, JS, JSON, XML, MySQL, Hibernate, Kafka, Redis and MVC frameworks like Spring, Angular, ReactJS. Data Stores and Data Access: Familiarity with JDBC, DAO, ORMs such as Hibernate and SQL. Familiarity with NoSQL stores is highly desirable. (Key- Value stores, Document DB, Graph DB etc.) Strong expertise with Git, Jenkins (or other CI tools), Unit Testing and Integration Testing. Good exposure to development and build tools: Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, ANT. Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills. Superior customer-facing attributes both internally and externally Demonstrated track record for solution delivery, Quality improvements, Champion for agile scrum adoption. Process oriented, documentation intensive and familiar with Git, Agile, Scrum, Standups and the Atlassian suite of products. Experience in making presentation to customers and internal management team. Experience using estimation techniques like (Use case, FP, Story points). Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. A technical mindset with great attention to detail High quality organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Excellent negotiation and influential skills Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
