The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that align with the company's objectives. The Training Manager will also be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and keeping up to date with emerging trends in training and development. Qualifications Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design Strong communication and presentation. skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team Regional Training and Development Manager Location:- Krishnagiri HQ Plan and schedules training sessions Manage training budgets Prepare training reports. Regular branch visit for the observation. Provide on the job training. Budgeting the training session Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs And the rest essential parts of learning, Training and development Maintaining daily MIS
