EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: To provide product orientation, soft skill & Interview skill Training to our external customers Students and senior level professionals. Responsible for creation of end-to-end training material as per business need. Responsible for all External training to our clients students and Corporate Professionals across levels. Engage and maintain interactive relationship with Mentees. Responsible for understanding business processes and user experiences and recommending new and improved ways of working. Maintain and validate Mentee feedback and share regular training outcome reports. Making recommendations based on patterns, statistics, data collected. Work closely with the Product and Operation team for support and initiatives. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a closely related discipline. To have the ability to inspire client. Excellent people skills to enable you to work with a range of individuals with different backgrounds and motivations. Excellent time keeping and organisational skills.
