What You Will Do:We are seeking a Testing Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Testing Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing activities on our software and hardware products. Your. role will ensure the compatibility, functionality, and performance of these components. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of relevant testing experience, preferably in the computer/IT/electronics industry. Responsibilities: Conduct testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of software and hardware products. Perform OS installations, driver installations, and other related tasks. Execute test cases, document results, and track defects using appropriate testing tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Identify and communicate any issues or risks that may impact the testing process or product quality. Participate in test plan and test case creation, as well as test automation efforts. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the testing process and product quality. Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and technologies Demonstrate strong Linux knowledge and experience working with the command-line interface (CLI). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. B.Tech preferred. 1-2 years of relevant experience in testing or support roles. Strong understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with OS installation processes, driver installations, and related tasks. Solid knowledge of testing tools and bug tracking systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications related to testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus. Preferred Background: Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or support roles are preferred. Previous experience in the computer/IT/electronics industry is highly desired. Knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, etc.). Familiarity with scripting languages and automation frameworks.
