We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the culturally rich city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. If you are an MBA graduate from a premium institute with expertise in channel sales, B2B sales, distributor sales, and regional sales, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for channel sales, B2B sales, and distributor sales in the assigned region.
• Oversee area and territory sales operations, ensuring effective market penetration and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Implement channel management strategies to enhance partner relationships and drive business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in channel sales, B2B sales, and distributor sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regional sales, area sales, and territory sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

• MBA from a premium institute.
• Proven track record in regional sales management.
• Familiarity with the Jodhpur market and Rajasthan region is advantageous.
