We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk hiring within the BPO & BFSI industry, with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-volume candidates effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for bulk hiring campaigns.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for various BPO & BFSI roles, including customer service representatives, technical support specialists, and team leads.
• Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses, to engage with potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status.
• Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Undergraduate with Relevant Experience can apply.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the BPO & BFSI industry, with a focus on bulk hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
