Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1.Sales Delivery & Team Management:


  • Carry a team quota and ensure achievement through effective team leadership.
  • Supervise and guide day-to-day operations in a call center-based sales setup.
  • Continuously assess and leverage the strengths of team members while addressing gaps through coaching.

2. Performance Coaching & Training:

  • Train, mentor, and onboard new sales associates, making them productive within 90 days.
  • Coach the team regularly on product knowledge, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing strategies.
  • Conduct mock sessions and performance reviews to enhance communication and selling skills.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and implement sales programs and initiatives to target key customer segments.
  • Monitor customer feedback (VOC) and field intelligence to refine sales approaches.
  • Drive conversion through lead tracking, pipeline reviews, and regular performance huddles.

4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Assist team members in high-value negotiations and client interactions.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and ensure service satisfaction.

5. Process & Data Management:

  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Track key metrics such as TAT, calls missed, follow-up delays, and lead aging.
  • Share daily and weekly performance reports with the management and flag operational issues proactively.

6. Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure team compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms.
  • Actively resolve bottlenecks, escalations, and performance blockers.
