( IIT,NIT or reputed institute ) Or Ph.D. /B.Sc./M.Sc. Organic Chemistry ( UDCT/ICT , NCL, IISC, CSIR or reputed institute) with MBA - Marketing ( IIM or reputed institute) two years full time Both qualification must Years of experience 20 Years (out of which 10+ years as HOD) Focus Area Understanding of Product Chemistry, organic synthesis & its right application Suggesting new customers & new territory, new products & also enhancing current business portfolio with focus on sales of Specialty Chemical of International Business esp. U S A & Europe market Right Prizing, Data analysis & Costing Responsible for export & domestic sales activities. includes pricing, logistics the products. Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, determine products to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on customer and company's policies (and approvals) Relate and manage customers" needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and solutions, and evaluation of customer delight Negotiations with customers but winning hearts Achievement of new-sales, including expansion sales (upsell), revenue growth targets of specialty chemical territory Experience To guide & Lead follwing activities: o Proven track record of business development & growth of speciality chemicals of Indian Manufacturer with focus on export marketing o New customer,new marekt developmnet & existing portfolio enhancement o Sales MIS, data analysis & right decision making o Digital Marketing, Branding & establishing strong positive company image o Csutomer Delight, To response with right solutions from despatch to final payment o Logistics management o Previous experience in managing and growing a sales volume at least double in two years o Meet business financial targets o Regular MIS on visibility on pipeline, probable deals for planning and tracking business growth Skills & Competancy Smart in Communication Verbal & written skill, Presentation Negotiation Branding in social media & other sources Quick & reliable relation building pleasant personality Data analyssis, System orientation Skill Traveller esp. USA, Europe,Japan, China Must possess strong forecasting skills Business Development oriented has the ability to develop & drive new business Language skills : fluent in English also pref.
