Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record and an excellent understanding of international destination Knowledge and the costings of holiday packages and hotels. The candidate would lead and liaise with operations, Finance, and Partner Teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to supervise the team.
Critical Problem Solving
Costings for Holiday Packages and MICE
Prepare Itineraries, Packages, costings, and Proposals
Partner Communications
Lead Management
Maintain Query Turnarounds
Product Development
Payments and Reconciliation with Clients and Suppliers
Manage Team Targets
Participate in Marketing Activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Good Experience dealing with International Holidays.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Min 10 Years of Proven Track Record in Operations
The Mindset of Professional Service
Team Motivation and Upliftment
The hospitality business demands 24x7 accessibility. Especially in emergency situations.
Available to Travel when needed. Domestic and Overseas.
Manage and Arrange Familiarization Trips
