Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Nashik. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process of products in the flexible packaging industry, including scheduling, quality control, and optimization of resources. The Production Manager will also lead a team of workers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2-3 years as a Production Manager Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage a team of production workers and cross-functional teams . Experience with budget management, financial analysis and cost optimization Strong technical skills including knowledge of production machinery and equipment and software systems like ERP and MRP Understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry Experience and knowledge of the flexible packaging industry is a plus. Ability to be flexible in terms of work hours in order to manage on-site activities and to meet production timelines
