Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Chemist at OLCARE LABORATORIES in Ahmedabad. The Production Chemist will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring product quality through analytical testing, and adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP). The role involves working closely with the Research & Development (R&D) team to support product development and process improvements. Qualifications Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills Experience in Quality Control in a pharmaceuticals manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines Experience in Research & Development (R&D) is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma, would be beneficial
