Role: Individual Role (But handling agents)
Position: Agency Development & Recruitment Manager (ARDM)
Responsibilities: Insurance sales through recruiting agents for Life insurance products.
Ensure product knowledge by MNYL ways of training Field demonstration (FOD’s).
Identify the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
Channel: Agency Channel
CTC: Flexible + Good Incentives
Location: Mangalore, Mysore, Udupi & Hassan
Experience: 6 months to 10 years
Age: Till 45
