Qualification Must be an LLB or LLM degree holder from any recognized Indian University Successful candidate should have a minimum of: 4-5 years (SME) 6-8 years (Team Lead) relevant legal experience Exposure to Litigation document review, matter management, court document indexing Prior experience of having worked in a reputed LPO or legal department of a MNC essential Responsibilities: Core responsible areas are Litigation document review, privilege review, indexing, matter management. Work on client in-house platform to code and index documents and add to case titles. Understand and implement client process updates efficiently and in a timely manner. Drafting ad-hoc request from client on legal-administrative support Legal Research, Contract Review Deliver process SLA requirements consistently. Team handling responsibility for Team Lead role Floor support, guide new hires with subject matter. training. Manage client target with high quality as per SLA
