District Sales Manager Small Business (Apparel/ FMCG)

Qualification: MBA/Graduate

Location: As per requirements

Reporting To: District Business Manager

Experience: 1 - 3 years Broad Spectrum

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for sales of Small Business Supply Chain Input & Output Market Linkages, New Opportunities and Financial Services Products in the District Build Channels to acquire Small Business Customers in the District

Key Skills/Abilities: Understanding of Small Business Supply Chain Ability to establish product, schemes, processes and business plans Portfolio Handled: Rs. 25 lacs per month sales Mandatory Requirement: Own Bike & Driving License; Own Smartphone; Local resident (> 5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation Benefits & Future Prospects: Best in class Salary In 1 year subject to performance will be given a Regional Sales Manager Role with Team Handling of 5-10 Sales Managers and ESOPs Opportunity to work in a Fast-growing Organization promoted by seasoned founders.
