About The Job The Red Hat Human Resources (HR) Shared Services Center (SSC) is looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in Pune, India. As part of our Partner Engagement Team, you will interact with and support our internal and external partners, helping to deliver key People Team (HR) programs via efficient and effective operations. You will work with a diverse HR team and contribute towards continuous improvement of our services. Youll gain experience in a wide variety of HR programs and processes across the employee life cycle - including hiring, benefits, training, compensation, and more. What You Will Do Retrieve, edit and/or generate HR reports for further processing Analyze, format and present data as required using multiple HR tools and systems Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR case documentation In coordination with our vendors and internal partners, create and process Purchase Orders, ensuring sufficient funds for future payment processing Receive and process. invoices, review for accuracy, and rectify any discrepancies in alignment with service level agreements and deadlines Handle queries from suppliers related to invoices or reporting Research and deliver employee records in compliance with internal and external audit and legal requirements Maintain up-to-date operations procedures in alignment with established standards Identify and communicate areas for enhancement with an aim toward continuous process improvement and a positive associate experience Collaborate with other SSC team members in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues as needed Support the SSC teams projects on a global basis by identifying and documenting new and existing team processes, researching, and reporting on industry best practices, and carrying out project tasks What You Will Bring 2+ years of experience working in an international HR or a shared-service environment with a focus on customer care, employment, benefits, hiring, HR information system (HRIS), compensation, training, or compliance Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills with a customer focus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English Advanced experience with spreadsheet applications (Excel and/or Google Sheets) Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing-based system is a plus Bachelor's degree is a plus
